1913-2009
Golden Retrievers lost a great friend,
advocate and mentor with the passing of Rachel Page Elliott. Mrs.
Elliott was a noted author and expert on canine structure and
movement who received honors from many canine organizations. She
was very active in the Golden Retriever Club of America from its
earliest days. Her Featherquest Goldens competed in every aspect of
the sport.
The family has kindly requested

Recession Special
In recognition of the current economy, the Golden
Retriever Foundation has created a “recession special” in the
Memorial Garden. Now you can purchase a tennis ball memorial in any
one of several scenes for just $50. A tribute of 40 characters and
spaces can be inserted along side one of the tennis balls scattered
throughout the garden. Find the tennis balls in the various scenes,
select the scene of your choice, write your tribute to a beloved
