On-line Donation Form: Fill in your donation amount, the minimum varies depending on the memorial you select. Also, so we may communicate with you, fill in your name, phone, e-mail, and address. The Golden Retriever Foundation's Memorial Garden is for memorials for Goldens only. All memorials and their associated tribute must be for a Golden. Posted memorials cannot be amended. When finished filling in all needed fields of the form, click on Submit. A secure PayPal page will then gather your payment information.
